Organic Chemistry
Molecules, spatial structure, and reactions in three dimensions.
A different way to understand
Move beyond the diagram. Turn the wire, move the magnet, and explore the fields inside a wave.
01 / The bigger picture

Preparing your experiment…
Arrows show fields, not particle motion. Separate E and B scales: equal drawn lengths mean E = cB. Hiding a field only hides its drawing.
At 5 A and 2.5 cm from the wire, the field is 40 μT. Follow the ink-blue arrows with your right thumb; your curled fingers point along the teal field arrows.
More perspectives, on the way
03 / Why we’re here
Magnetic fields curl around wires. Flux passes through surfaces. Waves oscillate in perpendicular planes. A flat diagram only tells part of the story.
DimensionED was built by a student who wanted to see the rest. Every experiment pairs a spatial model with an explanation, an opportunity to predict, and a way to test your understanding.
